Official Contest - Spring 2008 Edition

Contest rules

1. No purchase necessary. To enter, complete and submit one of the forms listed on the Official Contest page at http://contest.collaba.com/. Submitting an entry and/or winning a prize does not constitute in any way an obligation to buy anything.
2. You must provide full verifiable contact information and organization profile. Incomplete or unverifiable submissions will be rejected. Automated or otherwise forged entries will be rejected. Limit of one (1) submission per organization for the entire duration of the contest.
3. Sign-ups for the contest will be accepted until 17:00 (EST) on the end date of the contest.
4. Winners will be determined by random drawings during the first week after the end of the contest. All drawing results are final. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded, provided that eligible entries are received. Winners will be notified by e-mail, and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility. Prize notification letters which are returned as undeliverable or unreplied within 7 days will result in awards being given to alternate winners.
5. Are not eligible: SYPECom employees, SYPECom partners and their employees, SYPECom-authorized resellers and their employees, customers that hold a valid non-free Collaba software license at any time during the contest, organizations that have been issued a tender, a quote or any other proposal by SYPECom or an affiliate.
6. SYPECom is not responsible for any lost or delayed entries, whether electronic nor for any telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, nor for any entries that are stolen, incomplete, garbled, or delayed by computer transmissions, misdirected, or damaged.
7. The estimated value of the prizes is equal to their retail prices. Substitute prizes, of equal or greater value, may be awarded if the selected prize is unavailable. Prizes are not transferable nor redeemable for cash or credit. All taxes on prizes and incidental expenses are the responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winners' names and locations for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Prizes are not-for-resale (NFR) certified original copies for use by the winning organizations only; use of prizes is subject to their corresponding End User License Agreement. Any other use is prohibited and can lead to the prize being given to an alternate winner. No hardware included, prizes are software only, and are delivered electronicaly. Prizes that provide a one year software license are started at the 1st of the month next to the end of the contest (if for example contest ends on May 15th, prize licenses will be issued for June 1st to May 30th the next year).
8. In the event that this contest is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of the sponsor, the sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the further transmission of this contest, and award the remaining prizes among entries received prior to the date of the contest being compromised.
9. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
